LIFE

What would you describe as a successful life? To me a successful life is setting personal goals, being motivated to acheive your goals, finacial independence, enjoying the job that you do everyday. Feeling satisfied with your daily life and being challenged to learn something new daily. What do you think?

I think these are all excellent things to aspire to, and they can mean different things to different people. I don't agree when people think that very specific things (like getting married at a certain age, finishing collge by a certain time or obtaining higher education at all) are what make a life successful. You know, like if you don't have a Masters Degree you aren't succesful. I think too many people fall into those traps. I know plenty of happy, successful people who haven't done those things. I think a succesful life is personal to each individual. I think that a constant pursuit to better yourself is a good way to secure happiness for yourself.

I have to agree with Angela, life is to be LIVED not scheduled. Every day is a treasure that waits to be explored. If we rush through it, it's potential is lost forever.
